For watches we offer a 3 day no questions asked return period, the buyer just has to pay the postage.
For all other items including watches, if there's a pre-existing issue that isn't listed or shown in the photos, we have a 14-day standard return policy.​ All items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold.
We quality check every watch and garment but like any pre-owned item, they may have a few imperfections or lose a second or two here or there.
We quality check every piece so there shouldn't be any major flaws but if you have any questions about an item please let us know and we'd be happy to help!

At this time, we ship internationally. However, we do not offer refunds or returns for any items shipped outside of the UK, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with sizing, shipping delays, or customs fees. By purchasing from outside the UK, you agree to accept the items as is and are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by your country.
